I read the link and it's very concerning. I was in our local hospital last week with my son at 8.30am and wondered why a few of the seats in the waiting room had brief questionnaires on them. The first question - 'Would you recommend this hospital to a friend?' Eh? What a ridiculous line of questioning.

It's bad for us patients but must also be very demoralising for those Health Care Professionals who have dedicated their lives/careers to helping their patients and are not able to due to imposed constraints. Scary times ahead.
