Neck pain

I just started experiencing neck pain. I was at a family gathering and due to the change in temperature, warm in the afternoon and cool at night we changed from outside to inside. I noticed as I sat down my body began to get stiff and slight pain in my neck. The pain gradually got worse feeling almost like a crook. Is this a flare or sign of lupus? Has anybody else experienced this???

I get bad neck and shoulder pain a lot too. I put heating pad on. Works sometimes and sometimes just ibuprofen and sleep helps a little.

I get the same things happening to me when I have been sitting outside the cold seems to get right into me. It only gets worse when I get inside. It does go after a nights sleep it eases off

Not being very helpful I am afraid sa I haven't found anything that helps. But it has never gone onto a flare
