I can't figure out how to change my profile picture?

Hi Jeanie94 if you look at the bar at top of screen where it has HealthUnlocked and then your name, click on your name and the choose edit profile. You can upload images or add a bio there.... hope that helps x

I'm using the internet on my phone, but I can only change my bio not my photo. Anyone using their phones and know how to change it then?

Hi Jenie94,

I have just checked with the HealthUnlocked team and unfortunately the ability to change a profile picture is limited to access via a desktop and cannot currently be done by those accessing the site with mobile or tablet devices. Sorry.

Hi Jeanie 94 I write from an iPad which doesn't support adding a photo. They are going to make this available but not as yet. A box pops up if you try to add pic as tashy described and this allows you to be on a 'waiting list ' for when it become available....if that explains your situation !

Does anyone else find it difficult ....I guess is just iPad users, to type in such a small font and then to touch the spot where you had made an error? I have arthritic fingers and I'm wondering if loads of you out there do too.

Please our lovely monitors, would you be able to change this 😜?!

Unfortunately this is not something that I can change for this community. However, the HU team are very keen to hear feedback like this, so I will send them a message about your comments and see if they have any plans for making this easier in the future.
