How do i unsubsribe

Hi could someone help with this

Somehow i got subscibed to the lupus community i m baffled how it happened but its not my ailment i don t want all the posts every time i go to healthunlocked. How do i put an end to it ? Thanks for help here.

Click on your user name (top left of screen), click on Profile from drop down box. At the top of the next screen click on the box saying 'Edit Profile', on the next page will be a list of the sites to which you are subscribed - click on the tick beside LupusUK then further down the page is the option to save your changes. Voila!
