My husband and I want to start trying for a baby but I need to wait until my next hospital appointment at the end of the month to discuss with consultant, does anyone know the process I will need to go through before we are given the go ahead to start trying? I'm just asking because I hate waiting lol.

Generally the first thing they'll look at is whether your lupus is under control and if you are on any treatments that you cannot continue through the pregnancy, they will attempt to wean you off them before you try to conceive.
