My heart rate is normal, I'm only sweating because of the heating pad on my ribs. I was stressed out and crying earlier before the pain, maybe stress related? Please help.

You must see a Doctor today either A&E or call your GP, horrible to be in pain but this could be serious make sure you speak to someone at the surgery now.
I agree with Daisy you need to see the doc. Hope you feel better soon.
I had similar pain & was in & out of hospital. Finically got diagnosed with Intercostal Neuralgia. Please let me know how you go on. I understand your pain
