After falling downstairs from the top to 3 from the bottom. I am nit new to this, it happens a lot BUT Ive never fractured my thoracic vertebrae before in the process!!
A whole 5 days in hospital made infinitely more unbearable by no internet plus hardly any mobile signal either.
No care plan on leaving the ward, I will be sent an appointment to go back for a follow up check.
I ended up buying a brace and WOW do I feel better with it on but in utter agony in bed at night without it - anybody know if you can sleep in these things (its a figure of eight brace)?
