I have extreme pain in the top of my neck and shoulders, and it swells, I had my steroid injection in December and a new set of blood tests. Has any one else suffered with this?

I also get extreme pain in my neck and shoulders along with swelling and a very bad headache. I especially get swollen by my collar bones. Feels very squishy when I press on it. I take flexeril at night and that helps. I usually have to take it for 2 or 3 nights in a row and that along with ibuprofen during the day relieves the pain. Did you ever get your lupus results?

Hi they said, the test came back negative, however, because I had a positive 7 years ago and it was on my records he agreed. He said this is not unusual. My neck pains have gone and it is really bad in my ankle so bad that I limp, my last injection was January and on ibuprofen daily which seems to work. I was supposed to be meeting him again next week, and his pa phoned to say he has been put on nights and can not see me know!!! Its a problem as I have to suffer in pain.
