Quick help needed

Having a really bad flare gp put me on dhc continus 120mg and pregabin 75mg does any body know if can take paracetamol with this? Its a beautful day and im on sofa wrapped up like its winter full of cold sores an one very very painful arm thats cold n hurts when i breath please someone help xxxx

I take 2 dhc 1 in morn one at night and 3 pregablin thru the day

U can't take dihydrocodeine an paracetamol u'll OD if they aren't taking ur pains away change to tramadol ask gp x

Hi, don't mean to contradict people but you can take paracetamol with it, I took 8 30mg dhc a day along with 8 paracetamol before I changed to morphine then fentanyl, both of which I also had paracetamol with. All of this was under the instruction of my doctor and I also take 400mg pregabalin, celebrex, azathioprine, plaquenil etc etc etc and I weigh under 8st. I'm not in any way saying you don't need to be careful but you will most probably be fine with some paracetamol to ease it up a little. Please please if you're worried or unsure consult a doctor first. Take care xx
