i have been using E45 cream that i get from my DR it is very good.

why don't you ask your DR about it.

see you have a good day...

Dermacool - prescribed for me by dermatologist (aqueous cream and menthol), helps a bit. Protopix (tacrolimus) or Elidel - powerful non-steroidal ointment/creams both help much more though the elidel is nicer on your skin. Both can have side effects, however. best solution is always to have a hat or sun cream or both - but I sometimes get caught too!

Hi xangx, I don't go anywhere without me' hat (and me' Aloe Vera gel tube ..works very well). I wear the hat even when being in the shade. When going out, the Aloe Vera gel gets slapped on (before AND after) - also when travelling in the car. I can't cope with chemicals, so sun block is a no no. I can also get red burning and itchy on face and limbs from computer when the lupus is active - luckily it's not all the time. xxx :)
