The stress your feeling needs an outlet. There are a couple of things I can think of that might help. First, take a class in meditation. It will help you to focus on being in the moment and not live in fear of what’s going to happen next.

The second thing is to start a gratitude journal and everyday list 5 thjings you’re grateful for. It might be something simple like, “I’m grateful I didn’t burn the potatoes for dinner”. Or it can be more profound, “I’m grateful that they decided the nodule was scar tissue”. It will help you find a bit of peace.

BTW, I’m grateful that they decided it’s scar tissue. Please know that time spent worrying about the Cancer us time you can’t get back.

Only time will tell whether it’s cancerous, whether it will spread or whether it’s just a cyst. You might want to start a new thread and ask others about their experience. I’ve no personal experience with brain tumors but there are many here who have.

This must have been so scary for you. Knowing that you’ve been so stressed because of the cancer have you found any help with meditation or journaling?

I am right there with you. After almost 5 years, i face another cancer. This time colon. They sent me for a lung scan yesterday to be sure it was all clear before chemo was started for my colon cancer. I was told I wouldn’t hear till Monday. I got my pirt in again Tuesday in basically the same area as before. I am a spiritual person and am trying to rely on God to help me through. Hang in there. I will remember you in my prayers. God bless!
