I have AML and my bone marrow platelets are up and down, as well as my red blood cells. Does taking a spoonful of good quality honey help platelets and bone marrow in general?

Hi, I have no medical knowledge so all I am trying to do is to eat a balanced diet and take appropriate exercise and the odd treat. Personally I have not seen any medical evidence for one food item having miraculous curative powers otherwise I would all be stockpiling it. I am more concerned about my lack of fresh whilst I am shielding. But good quality honey is a brilliant natural food so I feel it should be part of my diet. If you find it has medicinal powers please let us know.
