So update I went to doctor and had my platelet count steadily drop and stabilize approx 76000 it drops and goes up they are suing it could be due to a infection in my lungs! I will keep you posted! Keep your chin up I was hopeful that it would stay up after my spleen was removed!

I had pretty much the same happen when my spleen was removed.
76K is practically the same as 100K in term of risks. Spleen removal doesn't cure ITP but just makes the work of destruction of platelets harder by our antibodies. If from now on your lowest is 70K, I would consider it a success.
