I had the same experience with coffee. Better to cut this out or atleast keep it to a minimum

This site lists good and bad foods. Coffee is verboten. I have it only occasionally as a special treat. Tea is ok (all though I have recently seen something that says not). It's not the caffeine. I have found a wonderful black tea with cardamom flavouring that I actually have come to prefer.
