I get fatigue and light headedness and my count doesn't get above 50. My doctor doesn't think it's connected but I think it has to be. I manage it by drinking plenty of water, taking a tonic (Metatone) daily, vitamin D and high strength vitamin B12 and I can then function fairly normally. I struggle with exercise though as the more strenuous it is, like running, the more tired I get. And if I overdo it with work or just being busy I have to go to bed for a day to recover.

I share the fatigue and lightheaded. I noticed that even while I rest on the bed I get lightheaded and feel faint.
