Insurance for ITP PATIENTS?

I'm male 30yrs from India. I had applied for an health insurance for my family. But they rejected the same for me.

And informed me they can give the policy for my wife and child.

Is there anyone who got the insurance for itp patients?

As a chronic suffer of ITP but someone who does not take medication I have had no problem getting travel health insurance at no extra cost. I would imagine if you shop around you should be able to obtain some.

I have ITP - recently in hospital and currently on steroids and managed to get insurance for the year for £46 - not sure what that is in rupees!! But I did search for holiday insurance with existing medical condition.

I m from india nd i have been admitted for so many times in hospital nd also had spleenectomy bt my mediclaim has been passed successfully

Hello sry bt I forget to mention that I was included in the list of my dad and my brother's company insurance as family members. Name of mediclam compeny was IFFCO TOKIO but policy holder was my dad and we were included as daughter. I had no individual claim.

Hello guys,

If anybody to guide on any health insurance with itp as existing disease.

Then please help, as me n my husband are very upset with the upcoming financial needs for this.

Having itp for last 1.5yrs

Tried many insurance companies but they all refused.
