I'm moving to Dubai and Nplates injections could cost me £1k a week if purchased there!! My current doctor, in London, wont give me prescription for more than 2 months and not sure if health insurance in Dubai will cover it.

No Health Insurance dosent cover autoimmune diseases in Dubai. I am facing the same problem.
