No appetite

I have been living with diabetes type 2 for almost 14 years, I’m around 8 stones, I went through IVF beginning of December and didn’t work, since then I have been sick, had flu twice, now is blocked nose and sore throat, can’t sleep, have no appetite, I get hungry, but don’t feel like eating anything, I take Metformin twice a day, insulin 4 times a day, I don’t know what to do…
