sominex herbal

as cannot sleep at night time thought I would get Sominex Herbal. Has anyone experienced this before?

I remain suspicious of taking any meds or herbs -I have a lot of allergies. Have you tried a white noise machine? I have managed to condition myself to fall, and stay asleep, when I hear that gentle " whoosh.". And there is even an ap for that! So I just take an extension cord when travelling and put my iPad or iPhone near my head and--voila! --that soothing " whoosh ."

I have used this occasionally in desparation I am a very poor sleeper. However, I have found it doesnt work that well,but do remember we are all different and what works for one wont work for another and visa versa. Some complementary therapies can also cause interactions with other drugs. I guess 3 to 4 hours a night is my natural sleep pattern.

I am a poor sleeper too but am very sensitive to anything new. However if you are on warfarin you need to be very careful with anything you take as the interactions can be serious.

I have read that sleep issues are common in APS.
