This is what I had for dinner I forgot to put my baked potato in the oven so this is a low carb meal!
I caramelise onions mushrooms in olive oil then add gram flour mix thoroughly and then gradually add milk then add grated strong cheddar cheese with some parsley and add to the par cooked cauliflower and bake with a little more grated cheese on top.
The carrots I par cooked then mashed and baked with pepper and butter.
