Hello,
I had mild bleeding in the fall that I attributed to a singular episode of postcoital bleeding. The past week I noticed pink discharge and bleeding the week before my period. I was able to feel a cluster of lumps/growths on my upper cervix. They seemed to bleed when touched. My last pap/HPV was 3 years ago and all was clear/negative. I have regular periods. Has anyone else had this experience and can offer insight? I am 43 and have 3 children all delivered vaginally.
