sunken eyes

I have recently been diagnosed with pigmentary glaucoma in my right eye.

Prescribed lumigan eye drops which are doing a great job in reducing the pressure.

The only issue is people are saying I look ill as I have sunken eyes since using the drops.

I guess this is the price I have to pay and this is an accepted side effect?

Hi there Sully59. Unfortunately glaucoma eye drops can cause side effects like this. You should discuss any side effects that you are concerned about with your eye specialist as they might want to try some different drops for you.

Thank you for your advice. I must admit the immediate relief was that the drops reduced the pressure. I guess eliminating potential side effects is the next stage of the journey.
