appeal to be moved to support group, what do I write

You write the truth just and be honest about how this horrible illness affects you on a day to day basis, dont leave anything out. I had the same thing they had me in the wrag group and stopped my money, I appealed and got the decision reversed so i am now in the support group and have had my money reinstated. Good luck

what i did was sit list all the problems you face on a spare bit of paper then write under them the affects it has on daily living include medications you take any horrid side effects too then write it up neatly after all thoughts have been scribbled down. also if you can get gp letter backing you up the more the better good luck.
