Hi Soma , as it happens , I have just applied for one this afternoon. I had to ring social services and to get the pass I have to call into their offices with 2 passport photos and proof of I. D. and then they will write to my doctor for a signature about my illness. I have not been diagnosed with Fibro as still in early investigations but I am 58 with Scoliosis. Just give them a ring lovie xxxxx

hi thankyou for the info, i will enquire i am 59 and have fibro for 8yrs kidney problem, and cancer and ptsd. so find it hard to get out, it took them 3yrs to diagnose my fibro, tc and many thanks x

I have got a bus pass and Im 57 and live in east yorks got it from the service centre at the library I was thought to have fibro but now diagnosed as FunctionalNeurological Disorder my doctor signed the form x
