Fluoxetine

My gp has put me on this since friday (20 mg )

Has anyone had any experience of this ? and i would like to know of any positive affects it has had !?

I was put on it in the hope it might buck me up a bit,it made me so nauseous and dizzy I couldn't stick it any longer,sorry I couldn't give you something positive about it but you have to remember we all react different,however my friend who has M.E gets on fine with it,it was her who said why don't I speak to my doc and see if he would give it to me as she's been on it a long time and it makes her feel great,I guess it's just another thing you need to try.

Sorry I can,t be positive about it either ... Though my family can be.... It gave me such severe jaw spasms I couldn't open my mouth for minutes at a time after a week my neck and jaw was so sore my gp took me off it... I have found a great alternative though my family preferred me silenced for short periods , but you know me I am renowned for meds disagreeing with me . Really. Hope it works for you

I have been on it a while for depression and not had any funny effects from it. I take amitriptiyn for pain.

I've been on this a year not much help doc is changing mine I feel it didn't work for me x
