Naughty But Nice . . . . .

As it's such a horrible rainy day out there and cold too, I thought we could do with something to take our minds of Autumnal Fibro, the damp and dark nights closing in. It's mainly for the girls in the forum, but fellas if you want to join in please feel free to do so.

If you could design your own cupcake with your favourite flavours, icings/frostings etc., creams/cremes etc., describe what it would look and taste like.

Failing that, tell us about your favourite naughty but nice cupcake, cake or treat that you really shouldn't eat but can't resist it! These things always make us feel better don't they, I love making cupcakes and then serving them up on the three tier cake stand and then watching them disappear as my sons and hubby raid them!

Feel free to post as many ideas as you like, even a recipe maybe so those of us who enjoy baking can try out! Let's face it, posting has no calories either!

I know it advertising ... But thorntons continental chocolates..... I always get them from someone at Christmas and NO ONE is allowed one..... Selfish... Absolutely..... No one gets their mits on my choccies.... I always eat too many in one go and feel sick ,but can't resist them.....mmmmmmmm how many weeks to christmas.......?

You can't beat home made banoffee pie Iris, so yummy and fun to make too!

From the same shop VG, their Hot White Chocolate drink is to die for, absolutely gorgeous, velvety and smooth! Ideal for me as I can't have traditional brown chocolate as I am allergic, the white chocolate version is expensive by comparison, but sooooooooooooooooo worth it!

Vanilla cupcakes! A weakness of mine! Cupcakes made with real vanilla extract, not vanilla essence. Also using a vanilla pod so the cake mixture has those lovely black vanilla seeds which look great once the cupcake is cooked and speckled.

On top of the gorgeous vanilla cupcake, there is a pure vanilla cream frosting - oh my goodness, my lips are smacking! For a garnish on top of the frosting there's a pure vanilla white chocolate button decorated with vanilla seeds! Vanilla cupcakes have to be baked in gold foil cupcake/muffin cases, the gold looks stunning with the white frosting! They're almost too good to eat!

It has to be coffee flavoured, I just love Tesco's coffee maderia cake - I have no self control and will eat the whole thing within an hour!

Home made ginger cake yuuuuuuuuuuuuum used to make 3 aweek and I ate my hubbys share as he don't like it so I made blueberry muffins for him and he still had to fight off the rest of us to get them, I used to bake all the time but I hav so much pain these dayr I can't sit or stand long enough to make anytheing . Sithy plus my kitchen table is covered in junk only seems to get cleared off for Christmas
