Hi, Freedom Pass is free travel in London where you have to be assessed by Local Authority for eligibility - it seems that each borough is different with the criteria - some with lower and others with higher mobility DLA.

Looked up freedom pass on google... You would be better off applying for the disabled national pass. I am not in London but I have the disabled national pass that lets me travel free on buses all over England. I phoned local council asked for form my dr wrote me a letter stating I was unable to drive due to meds making me drowsy and that was not going to change anytime soon and I sent that off with form and photo. Week later pass arrived.. Trouble is haven't used it yet as having flare up and haven't left the house but when I can ... I shall be using it as much as I can
