So hard to describe this awful frightening feeling in my head. The only way to describe it is pulsating buzzing vibrating feeling in the back of my head and into my ears (there is no sound). What the hell is this now?????

Hello there Tinkerbell.
I think you need to see your Doctor to discuss your symptoms. Sometimes buzzing etc can be Tinnitus, you could have a middle ear infection which can cause pain and disturbance in your head and ears, or it may be something neurological. It's always best to check with these sort of symptoms just to make sure everything is ok.
After the weekend pop to your Doctors and hopefully they will be able to treat you and reassure you. Please let us know how you get on. Take care.
