DON'T do what I do and go whole hog on a Good day, take Baby steps
(yeh right, I take the Bull by the horns and drive myself into a screaming mess of pain!!)
DO do little things often.
DON'T do everything all at once, it will be there tomorrow too.
DO look after yourself.
DO take your medication when advised (tell that to the foggy brain that controls the body!!).....why am I unable to move???? Oh yeh I didn't take any drugs today!! stupid brain!!
DON'T drink too much alcohol, works great for the constipation but not good for the rest of the muscles in the body! Alcohol is EVIL (but nice hehe)
DO............. OH what the Hell we never listen to our bodies do we? haha

but if i see that my other half has left his dish and cup in the sink i have to get up and wash it and put away, sweep the floords when the dogs come in from the garden after playing... and all the other things,, my fella keeps saying sit down it can wait, but i just tell him well if i do it now then i can sit down for the rest of the day as it is all done, well you would think so then you just find some thing else to do .....
