Mornings are undoubtedly the worst part of the day. I have always been a morning person but now I feel like I have a mega hangover every day ( particularly unfair since I don't drink !!!! I hurt all over, but my head & eyes are the worst part.

I'm the same and why when your in bed supposedly resting are the pains worse. I've just got up from a very bad night and feel like I've just gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson and have to go to work because I'm not concidered too bad sorry if spellings wrong brain not fully awake .

It;s such a horrible feeling isn't it!!! I can't have lie ins anymore, I either sleep or get up. When I lie on my back it is a lot worse!!!!
