It took me nearly 2 hours to get there and cost me and my son over £30 to get there to find that today's clinic had been cancelled! We all have communication problems but this was a stinker!!! They were very nice there but there's nothing anyone can do. Just got back home after wasting several hours and now feel absalutely knackered and down in the dumps. It took so much effort to get there and back. How long will I have to wait for another appointment as this one took ages.
