She's put a name to what is essentially nutritional advice with basic myofascial release techniques.

Both of these things are common sense for people with Fibro, but you so not have to travel to this one practitioner to access these treatments.

In fact, you may be better off seeing someone with more in-depth training in myofascial release techniques. Physiotherapists often have more basic training in these techniques, which can be more painful and less long lasting. I have not seen Norah Wickerson myself though, so I don't know exactly what specialist training she has had or what treatments she uses.
