Hi KBACS,

I suffer with my hands a lot, I find soaking them in warm water for about 10 minutes helps. I use a mixture of Bergamot & Geranium essential oils in a soft Nivea cream or something similar rubbed into my hands like a hand cream helps as well( just 1 drop of each into about 100 grams of cream). Or even just resting my hands on a hot water bottle wrapped in a soft towel for about 15 - 20 minutes helps. I usually finds heat helps me rather than cold other people prefer the other way round. I am sure other people on here will have their own remedies to help as well. I hope you find some relief .

Gentle hugs 💜

The best thing I have ever done wrt pain (especially in my hands) was to give up diet coke and absolutely everything else with artificial sweeteners in. That means reading labels on everything from yoghurts to ketchups..... but worth it

I suffer with this in the night , from wrists through every joint and muscle they burn & it’s incredible painful, have to say once I’m up and thawed out in shower and get going it’s a bit better , I’m a hairdresser so keeping my hands moving I think helps, when we’re in pain we clench up and this makes it ,worse , I also massage my hands and body with cream every day to get moving, just a thought .

sorry your going through this I totally understand.

A warm paraffin wax treatment might help your hands. Beauty salons do them but you can get equipment from amazon so could do it as often as needed. An added bonus is it makes your hands beautifully soft 😍
