oh, how I loath those moments/hours/days. Sending hugs if you need them and just to say you’re not alone, which you know.

Yesterday I dropped a half full mug of tea (decaf!) on the kitchen floor - a momentary arghhh as it smashed, and ouch as I cleared it.

Just sending some warm hugs from a very chilly Suffolk, I’ve been on my rollercoaster for a few months now and feel like hibernating mostly, when you feel rubbish ☹️and so many germs about too it’s like I want too stay in the warm ,till Spring . Take it one day at a time xx

I’m not doing too well on diet (craving sweet things 🙁and more in the evenings , my husband keeps going too the bakery and bringing home Jam donuts (I said no more😩) chocolate/cheese is my downfall x

I'll tell you a little secret, You have to promise not to tell😉😉

Since being a early teen I have been over weight and then having my children, I just grew and grew, Hubby (the 1 I have now) and we moved down to Hampshire in 2005 to start a fresh life,I decided to buy some magical pill (banned now) That magic pill helped me drop a shed load of weight.

Stop pills and joined a gym, So I switched a few of my bus shifts around and dropped more weight and toned up I was 20 lbs off my ideal weight and I loved it, brought so many pretty dresses and my first ever size 10 jeans Soso happy.

We had a lovely ground floor flat with garden, Every part of our lives were the best they'd ever been,

I had some time off and the 2nd week, up to Scotland, So my friend calls and says can you come help? Short staffed at a care home, She was the night manager and no one wanted to be on her shifts (she was a proper ball buster and load with it,

So I'm helping to put a resident to bed when she shouts she needed the girl to work with her, Even though I'd nearly finished,I Just needed to turn him around on the hoist and make sure he was comfy the hoist starting to swing so I jumped in so that he didn't swing and get hurt,

If I'd known what was to come I wouldn't have said yes at all, I twisted my thorax muscle and couldn't move, The gentleman had already pressed his buzzer, Knowing how much pain I was in. So the so called friend walked in after about 15 mins,Shouting she was busy and didn't need the extra stress of me not working to HER way!!

If I had had the strength I would have shoved the hoist right up her >>(@@# I tried to rest but I was in so much pain and knew this was gonna get crappy,

Hubby took me the hospital (thats how I knew about the Thorax thing,The next day about 7 at night I had a call and asked where the hell I was??

The next day I felt a little better so I went to the office to fill out an accident form, She said I couldn't do that because I no longer worked there,HAHAHA So we had a very relaxing time and breathed some proper fresh air, 2 months later I was putting a claim in.

So just as we were about to move up North, I received 3000 pounds and she lost her job and was told she wouldn't be allowed to work in the care sector again and I lost a lot of weight by getting shot of her!

Anyhoo My P.I.P pays for my weight loss injection, I have a consultant and cosmetic wonderful man who gave me a proper top lip and less lines under my nose where Iv'e smoked ( stopped now) I was pushing nearly 140 kg and am now at 129 so that's that, waffled again I know sorry
