Has anyone else received a text message saying that they have asked a health professional to help them review your case. And that I may need an assessment before they make their decision?.

Oh bless your heart, you really are going through a difficult time & I'm sorry you’ve got this added stress. At least they’re still paying PIP whilst they decide what to do. Sending you love & a warm hug x

This is just a standard text informing that you may need an assessment (& most claimants have them). Unfortunately some are waiting quite a long time for an assessment, so I hope you can try & put it to the back of your mind for now. Your current award will continue until a new decision is made.
