Fibro flare up

Can anyone help with a fibro flare up? My joints have started to play up as well as my muscles !!! Not sure if it's a bad flare up or something else x

Hi I get pain in the joints and muscles too. It's probably a flare up. Just take it easy for a few days and try and recharge your batteries. I found that light gym sessions and swimming have helped get me moving better again. After being in so much pain to do anything much before. Might be worth a try. Try a bit of meditation too. Good luck and hope it eases soon.

Hello, it might well be , me personally my body will let me know when it’s time too slow up and be kind too myself , so more little breaks , differently a soak in the bath (if you have one) should you be concerned about anything for a piece of mind can always ask your doctors surgery for a call back if you feel worried about anything or any change of your normal symptom s, take care x

I find hemp pain patches off eBay help a little as do heat patches, taking turmeric & black pepper capsules & keeping warm, plus sleep , I stay in bed . I have pharmaceutical medication too and take cbd. Other things that help is either soaking my feet or bathing in Epsom salt and I take magnesium citrate every day too.
