Apart from Fibro. I have several illnesses. One of the long term is Acid Reflux. I take medications for it but I’ve discovered that eating citrus seems to irritate my throat and stomach giving me an annoying, irritating cough. I’m posting this so that anyone else experiencing the same symptoms can try cutting citrus from their diet.

Good Morning E8L8dh

Not heard of the citrus 🍊 thing before, but something for me to watch out for. As I have been suffering for last 9mths from voice hoarseness but total loss at times. Saw my Dr other day & it’s reflux laryngitis. Got given Gaviscon and antibiotics. Feeling pretty rough with it all at the moment.

Were you eating a lot of citrus 🍊 or just a normal amount?

As if Fibromyalgia wasn’t bad enough eh🥴

It’s definitely the ‘enemy’ isn’t it🙈

My best wishes to you

Afternoon E8L8dh

I suffer with GERD and citrus is a definite no no for me along with tomatoes and quite a few other foods. I was advised to make a diary and avoid the foods which made it worse. I hope this helps you in some way
