rheumatology consultation letter

I had same issues with non receipt of consultation ltr. Diagnosis of fibro amongst other stuff at my first face to face assessment in Jan 23. Received a report letter without no probs however no diagnosis of fibro written. Tried to make contact with consultant several times unresponsive. Then I had a telephone review in April 23, asked her if I had fibro as she missed it off the report. She apologised ‘oh sorry about that’ and additionally told me I also had oesteoarthritis. I asked if she could kindly put all of this on the report letter….Waited for report ltr for 3 months!!!! Quite frustrating. I contacted rheumatology everyday by phone, left messages with reception, emailed, until one day after trying relentlessly ringing rheumatology, I got through but then got so frustrated as I was at work I cried. It was only then that they actually took action. I got my letter within 2 weeks….but she’d missed off oesteoarthritis of the report…jokers
