My head has been itching for many months I'm finding small spots but the itching is so bad it's driving me mad not sure if stress related as I've had months of trouble with kids harassing and intimidating me I don't open blinds I'm a bag of nerves sometimes it's on my right shoulder blade or other times it on top of left arm but in my head for months not sure wat to do can't get appointment at the doctor's for weeks

Hi there, my husband and myself have this problem. Have you had a word with your Pharmacist? My hubby did and was told to try E45 1% steriod. May help till you can see a Gp. But would check it out with the chemist first xx

T gel shampoo is good for dry & itchy, E45 now do a shampoo too but haven't tried it. Conditioner right in to your scalp a few times a week to help the dryness.

Do you have community Police in your area? Or there are probably agencies working with your local council through anti social behaviour.

Might be worthwhile giving them a call alerting them to the harassment you're receiving. If they don't know they definitely can't help. You shouldn't have to put up with this, especially in your own home

Had police involved since April but they not interested I hope there mother's don't go thru this I've tried council but because it's a private house they can't do anything I don't want move I've been here 35 years I can't afford civil injunction as it's between £300/500 per child

"Private sector

If you are in private rented accommodation or a homeowner, you can contact your local authority who have dedicated personnel who deal with anti-social behaviour."

Taken from the link I've added below, nobody should put up with harassment.

if you are adverse to using steroid creams or strong shampoos try a paraben free shampoo with mint in as it soothes the scalp or spray your hair with a vinegar water solution, leave for 5 or 10 minutes and wash with a gentle shampoo like a baby shampoo.

I've been using baby shampoo which has stopped the itching but the spots are on my neck behind and inside ears on my face around the sides today got in front of ears and jaw line now xx

I get the same and scaley spots, mine come in episodes. When this happens I buy nizoral shampoo . After a couple of washes I see an improvement. I hope this helps. I've decided now to use the nizoral once a week to stop it coming back .

It could be stress Eczema as I suffer with that as. You need a special shampoo I sadly can't remember what I used.

As per attached photo, I get random spots like these and just one alone itches like crazy! Never had them on my head though. I've also used Nizoral shampoo for a yeast infection on my back and front which worked brilliantly with only 2 uses so definitely worth a go but it's not cheap. I got the infection from excess sweating due to taking Duloxetine! What madness we put up with hey folks 🤷. Best of luck x

Hi there... I came across an article on something called nodular prurigo?... no, I hadn't heard of it at all either... however in reading it, there seems to be some similarities to the problems you have, so might be worth looking it up..if it is, looks like a dermatologist might be your best bet. Have a look for it and see if you think thats what you may have.

By the way, when my scalp is really itchy, I use sulphur shampoo... it's yellow.

I too have the same thing, and I scratch so much that I'm sure some people think this old lady has lice LOL I've tried the TGel shampoo with no success so far but won't give up on it. My dermtologist gave me some liquid steroid to put on my scalp, but it seems like my hair soaks it up so it hasn't helped either. One thing that does seem to make it worse is heat, so I'm more careful blow drying my hair, and am more careful out in the sun. I'm in the US in Arizona so it's always hot! I hope you can find some help for the situation with the kids harassing you. Take care 🤗🤗

BEEN LOSING MY HAIR FOR SOME YRS NOW, JUST GLAD IT WAS AS THICK AS IT WAS LONG. CONSTANT ITCHING ALL OVER AND SCALP DRIVES ME INSANE. I USE BETACAP TO TAKE THE EDGE OFF, ITS NOT BRILLIANT BUT IT SAVES ME LOSING CONTROL. THE AMOUNT OF SCRATCHING I DO I DONT THINK THAT HELPS THE HAIR LOSS MUCH.IVE TRIED EVERY ITCHY SCALP SHAMPOO I CAN FIND, AND SOME HAVE COST AN ABSOLUTE FORTUNE FOR JUST A SHAMPOO, RIDICULOUS,STRESS DOESNT HELP. I HAVE A GOOD SCRATCH OF THE SCALP IN THE SHOWER HOPING IT DOESNT START UP AGAIN AFTER 24HRS. I WISH I HAD THE ANSWERS FOR US ALL, BUT I DONT,
