Fibro or pregablin

Hi does any one that take pregablin for fibromalarga have bouts of exstream exhaustion I get up have a tiny bit of energy then it's like my batters have died I feel weak. And could stand up asleep. Not sure if it's pills or the fibro thankyou

I've been on Pregabalin for 10+years. The fatigue is a fibro symptom, but it could be aggravated by the meds (hard to tell sometimes)

I take a huge energy dip most afternoons, and usually go for a lie down late afternoon to give myself a boost

Yes, extreme exhaustion can go with Fibro, As can what is called a Flareup. I find it very easy nowadays to overexert myself, which then becomes a flareup if you don't rest up for a few days.

I also find a change from warm weather to cold and damp can also trigger flares. I'm in the midst of one now.

Treat yourself gently, and if you haven't, read up on The Spoon Theory. It was coined by someone with Lupus, But it works very well for the Fibromighty too!
