Yikes! Fibro Flare?

Today has been rough physically. Guess I'm having a genuine flare, which I haven't experienced in a few months. Cymbalta and Gabapentin have helped so much. Today, my feet bottoms are on fire, like neuropathy pain.Several large muscles throughout my body are really hurting. These pains can be this bad when weather is cold and rainy, but not overcast and warm like it is here in southern U.S.

I admit, I've learned to tolerate higher levels of pain, but this is ridiculous. I'm at home. Must move but I don't want to. Lots to do.

Thank you for the vent! Think I'll nap a short while, then catch up on housework.

It’s only now starting too warm up here in Suffolk UK, I cannot wait 😀for the constant rain too jog off, I am pacing myself in between essential housework today but cannot wait for a warm soak in the bath tonight 😀sorry too hear you are hurting , heat for me is the only thing that helps , my hot water bottles and heat pack are differently so helpful too xx
