Iv got fibro and this weekend I feel so low n alone its this normal

Gone through those moods. It’s only natural. Not knowing where this thing comes from , or why you have it and how to deal with it can really get you down. If it persists, get in touch with your doctor. He might prescribe a mild anti depressant. There’s no shame in taking them with this dreadful illness. I was first on Amitriptyline 10mg. Mainly for the pain, but I think they helped in the beginning when trying to come to terms with fibromyalgia. And talk to people. Preferably professional, but those close to you as well. Don’t feel bad if the flood gates open, as they probably will. You have to stay positive, hard as that may seem sometimes.

Thank you for your reply back.i was on 10 mg of amitriptyline doctors up it to 25mg .I feel better in my self today I guess it's coz I sit around feeling sorry for myself but got myself out n a out today x

Good to hear. No harm feeling sorry for yourself now and again. This has to be one of the most misunderstood debilitating illnesses out there, so a little self pity is well deserved in my opinion. Just don’t linger there too long 😉
