I had an appointment with a Rheumatology Doctor 2 weeks ago and although the appointment was good and thorough it's opened up a whole lot of new problems. In the report he has written symptoms of mild fibromyalgia and has referred me to Haematology for gene testing for Haemochromatosis and the sleep clinic for apnoea. Yesterday I slept till midday was back In bed at 9pm and have woke exhausted this morning......luckily its my days off and I feel I have no life anymore......so fed up

That sounds very frustrating for you and anyone with fibromyalgia would never put 'mild' as an adjective 😤. Keep fighting, don't let this condition consume you. I hope you find some help or answers in your referrals 🤞x

worth getting sleep apnoea tested, I have been twice over 18 year period…mine is only mild which isn’t not treated with PAP machines, but greater SA is treatable, unlike fibromyalgia !

Hi Billieboy

I wake up most mornings, First thing I say is "not again"

usually after an hour or so I might be able to sit up .And Hubby brings me a coffe. If I wake and screaming from shear pain and nausea My Hubby will come into my room and try to soothe me and reasure me that the pain will subside by the afternoon,so here comes early evening its starting ramping again the viscous circle of crud has pretty put me bed bound most of the time. So if I manage to cope at least a half of a day I'm not too bad,

I wonder how your rheumy doc would cope if he had to go through this wonderment as is The crappy disease and all that sail in her, Stay strong and take care
