Thankyou all for your replies I only asked as this all new to me I'm in a council property I don't have anyone who can help support me in way of advice being in constant pain from head to toe the pain never goes iv found myself being very isolated and lonely I do try to carry on with daily living but I'm sooo tired all the time all the things I use to do I physically can't do anymore I'm not even 50 yet I just feel useless but thanks for the replies everyone .
