Hi this may not be relevant at all but does anyone else suffer from a sort of ball of wind right in-between your rib cage it's really uncomfortable x

yes I get it but mainly when I’m in bed and sometimes wakes me up. It’s right in the middle under my rib cage

Sounds like it bears investigation, although I don't think it's anything to panic over, some folk get wind trapped and it tries to get out upward, then gets stopped by the diaphragm. Painful though.. I don't know what time you eat in the evenings, but an earlier dinner might help solve it also, digestion can take quite a time! Have a word with your doctor.

If you tend to sleep on your right side, it can be worse than on the left, due to the way the stomach curves.

Mine is due to a post surgical hernia from when I had my gall bladder removed. Symptoms are similar.
