Hi, just managed a four day trip to London! Had a wonderful time, paced myself and listened to my body. Did not manage too many activities like in my pre-fibro days but did did have a wonderful time. Recovering now tho 🙂. Never give up!

Glad you had a lovely break... Having fibro does not mean you need to give up on having a nice time - like you say pacing and adapting how you do things may be necessary, and you might not do as much as you would have liked xxx

So glad you had a good time, I love a trip to london but always factor in some recovery time afterwards! Good to get out and do things when we can.
