Could be either - or something else completely. You would need to speak to your doctor

I have both, had nerves tested which said i have neuropathy in arms and legs but also fibromyalgia for years. If i go to the gp about anything he always puts it down to fibromyalgia. My right arm sometimes goes completely numb upto above elbow to fingers for the longest it was 2 weeks then goes back to normal.

Did you have total numbness for 2 weeks or it just comes and goes ?

I also have Reynards but the numbness has been on and off for years. The numbness in my feet stays and doesn't go, thats neuropathy from diabetes

hi I get a lot of numbness in my arms / hands but always comes back after a while . I know this is a lot to do with raynauds ? Do you get that ?

Also what kind of eye problems ? I get gritty ears and the opticians said I have no moisture in my eyes 🤦‍♀️ This is quite common apparently 🤷‍♀️
