POEM – NEVER GIVE UP.

I need to write a poem as this all must be said,

I find that I need to say this, just before I go to bed.

Its about you having a goal, something that affects you

And never give up on it, no matter what you do.

You may not realise, there are others, others, just like me,

that are working in the background, to help others without pay.

They ask the question that need an answer, now would be just fine,

But after months of waiting, I get smoke rings and just have to wait in line.

Enough, is enough, or so I thought, and sent a final request,

and tried to keep it brief, but their answer was second best.

Its not only an isolated incident, the need for clarity,

but the answers I got back were paste and copy, just like all the rest.

Am I the only one that would like an answer, it’s a simple request from me,

What information did you use, to finally assess me?

I know all the Charters and Acts they use, they quote them all the time,

So, every now and then, I just pretend, OH I must be blind.

I didn’t see that coming, I think it’s all a joke,

Surly they read the same thing I read, to prepare for the next claimants plead.

I read about the Charter that they are supposed to know,

And can’t help wondering, where the Face-to-Face meeting go?

I’ve had a reply from PIP’s Customer Relations, and the DWP,

I know I’m not supposed to print it, but they almost look the same.

It looks just like an exercise, on how to fill two pages.

and when you read the content, it says absolutely nothing.

I asked about my assessment and what they used for me,

And did not see any justification or a Valid ID.

I quoted a change in the law that took place in 2017

Only to be told, they didn’t know what I mean.

I quoted again that reference, and told them I am now seeking compensation,

Since the time it’s taken to get this far, is just beyond a joke.

I issued a civil proceeding it’s been only two days now,

Yet, answers that took 20 weeks are only taking a few hours?

Don’t keep telling me, what the charter says,

because I was the one, that altered it, and not just the other day.

I’ve given them till Friday, to come up with a response

Cos’ the ball is rolling, and the ICO and parliament have also seen your response

There is no Duty of Care, when talking to this lot,

When removing benefits from a Terminal Cancer Patient seems all that they have got.

Well listen here BUCKO, and pin back your ears, and listen.

TODAY’s the day we get pay back, for all those hate full years.

You tell me you earned a bonus, well that’s about to change

You will be working long hours, unpaid, to fix your c***up,

When you went on a earnings rampage.

My poem is now at an end and quote the Act I will

And ask you to “never give up” they are almost at an end.

Admin: removed content with personal info mentioning correspondence

I also have to add that the underlined sections and the red sections did not cross over, but no matter and this does not include the letters resent under these rules where I asked again, don't quote what I already know and stop trying to mitigate your involvement in these cases since I have all the original correspondence and also the answers you gave then. I can if Admin allow post the letters sent to them yesterday, but at this time would serve no purpose.

I will get compensation not only for my self since the case was resolved in September 2020 and it would seem that they decide when to start and stop my claim.

Sorry not any more. I have nothing but time and am in the process of Going back to University to get a Degree to supplement what I say the Expert Witness and Bond Solon course costs £2500 in total and am funding this myself, and already use these and don't need this to present cases to the Tribunal, as I am not the "expert" according to them, lets see the next chapter. My next stage is to get the people at the top to attend an assessment and see what is done compared to the actual charter.

It must also be said that in going to an assessment only a few months ago and this was a Face-2-face, all the new rules have now been put into place, was this a one off? Don't know have another coming up soon, we will see. ( this was done by the new branded Health Advisory Service in Cardiff) at last a face to face that did what it said on the box. A pleasing assessment completed by the book, including the introductions and the showing of a VALID I D. Everything I have been asking for. I am not trying to buck the system but get an assessment that is fit for purpose first time.

I have modified your post and taken our the personal info. Please do not post the letters.

Also your poem and interactions appear to be as I have mentioned before to be a bit impenetrable to me and potentially others as context and clarity are missing. I suspect that as you are in the middle of things it makes sense to you.

Also it does appear to be more of a blog / campaign post as do some of your others and your fight with the DWP. While it is not against any of rules, please do remember that this site if not a campaign site but one for supporting each other with our fibro. The line can be blurred from time to time and I appreciate the above will be cathartic but just as our rules have us avoiding politics there are other areas that are less about supporting one another.
