Hi all . I just recieved my attendance allowance reply and i ve been turned down. Im going to ask them to look at it again. It makes me mad not even giving a reason how they decided on this outcome.

Hi @Maggie1920 - please forgive me if I'm wrong, but it seems to be you're in Ireland, rather than Northern Ireland.

If this is the case, different rules apply, & you must be getting a Disablement Pension of 50% or over. Please see: gov.ie/en/service/0aad20-co...

My advice is contact your CAB (Citizens Advice Bureaux) as they helped me with my benefits and he even drove me twice to court 20 miles away for my appeals. He/they did not want any payment either !!

Give them a try, what have you got to lose ?
