Thank you for your reply. This seems to be a rare disorder; how are you feeling about your diagnosis? It looks like physiotherapy may help, so I wonder if your GP has referred you to a neurophysiotherapist?

its all early days not sure what to expect

I'm sure; in one way it's good to get a diagnosis, but then you think, Oh no, not something else. I'm a long retired physio, & my main interest was with neurology. I've just been looking online, & it's somewhat similar to another disorder I do understand; I hadn't heard of yours.

Anyway, as mentioned, it does look like physio may help, so do discuss this with your GP if your specialist hasn't mentioned this.
